Study sessions and workshops are periodically held involving researchers and staff members of related departments/sections to provide an environment where researchers can exercise their creativity in a liberal atmosphere and engage in active discussions. Furthermore, young employees are proactively assigned to the research & development division so that the industry leading technology can be carried over sustainably.

Our R&D technology accumulated at home and abroad are introduced worldwide and highly evaluated in the form of presentations at international conferences such as UNITECER (U.S.), AISTech (U.S.), and the International Colloquium on Refractories (Germany), as well as technical provisions to and tie-ups with overseas companies.
