The Krosaki Harima Group has grown into a global company in which employees, not only from Japan, but from all over the world play, an active role. At our companies, based in Europe, Asia and North America, we are actively hiring people with diversity of ideas.
In Japan, we are focusing on accepting trainees from our group companies in India, providing them with knowledge about Japanese technical skills and work practices, as well as hands-on trainings. We are striving to create an environment where each and every employee can improve their individual skills and promote diversity and inclusion.

Hospital management and establishment of health camps

TRL-K is one of our overseas group companies that actively provides medical support in India and has established a system of hospitals and health camps in areas where medical circumstances are strained. TRL-K is working to improve low medical standards, through efforts such as providing free medical support to low income earners. In addition, a number of support measures, including preventative medicine, lifestyle-related disease awareness, and immunization and vaccination programs, are carried out each year to help contribute to the health of the local community and the development of healthy lifestyles.

Educational support for local residents at overseas group companies

At the schools run by TRL-K, students receive a high quality education, and for students with no financial resources, scholarships are also provided.
The vocational training program, set up in 2011 to provide free vocational training and post-training follow up for unemployed young people has been highly rated in India.
Contributions to improving local education are also made by donating to educational and agricultural support projects.
