Participation in the AISTech 2025 Exhibition

Krosaki Harima Corporation (President: Kazuhiro Egawa), through its U.S. subsidiary Krosaki USA Inc. (“KUI”), proudly exhibited our innovations at AISTech 2025, the annual conference and exhibition hosted by the *Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) in Nashville, Tennessee, from May 5 to 7.
*AIST is an association with over 18,000 members from more than 70 countries, hosting exhibitions and technical conferences annually in the United States. AISTech 2025 is expected to attract 7,000 to 8,000 visitors.

At our booth, we showcased a technical video and exhibited a model of the new material immersion nozzle EVERCLEAN™ (a strategic product under our solution brand K-GenesisX™). President Egawa, along with representatives from our global group companies and our Brazilian partner, IBAR (Indústrias Brasileiras de Artigos Refratários), engaged with visitors from around the world. Additionally, during the technical report session, our employees presented the “Long-Life MgO-C Brick for BOF Charging Pad: Development of High-Fracture-Toughness MgO-C Brick.”

Director and Executive Officer Okumura commented, “Through this exhibition, we aim to further enhance the presence of the Krosaki Harima Group in the global market and foster partnerships aimed at realizing sustainable manufacturing processes. We will continue to focus on research and development, contributing to the competitiveness of our customers worldwide.”

During this exhibition, we had the honor of welcoming many visitors to our booth, including Masahiro Nakata, Executive Officer and the Head of the Kyushu Works of Nippon Steel Corporation, as well as numerous customers from steel companies around the world. This event provided a valuable opportunity for interaction for our group. Moving forward, we will continue to actively participate in exhibitions and technical forums, promoting the dissemination of our cutting-edge technologies and expanding opportunities for dialogue with our customers.
