AirGreen™ is taphole clay used in the taphole of blast furnaces during the ironmaking process.
Compared to conventional tar-based and resin-based taphole clay, AirGreen™ offers low odor, low free phenol, and low aldehyde emissions, making it less harmful to human health.

AirGreen™ features low free phenol and low aldehyde emissions, resulting in significantly reduced odor compared to conventional resin-based taphole clay.
At around 70℃, the airborne phenol concentration for AirGreen™ is below the detection limit of 0.3 ppm, whereas conventional resin-based taphole clay exceed the upper detection limit of 25.0 ppm.
