1 Reduce Regulatory Risks and Improve Worker Safety

AirGreen™ is taphole clay with low toxicity because it does not contain coal tar.
Coal tar contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are recognized as carcinogenic by the IARC.

2 Less Odor Compared to Conventional Resin-Based tap-hole clay

AirGreen™ features low free phenol and low aldehyde emissions, resulting in significantly reduced odor compared to conventional resin-based taphole clay.
At around 70℃, the airborne phenol concentration for AirGreen™ is below the detection limit of 0.3 ppm, whereas conventional resin-based taphole clay exceed the upper detection limit of 25.0 ppm.
