Insulation material used for battery components for EV vehicles

Our insulation material is used for lithium-ion battery components for EV vehicles

As we move to a future with zero-emission vehicles, our insulation is solving the problems in the way.

What is a lithium-ion battery?

Environmental awareness has been growing on a global scale and as such, the automotive industry has been accelerating the shift to the electrification of automotives. Lithium-ion batteries (LIB) are an indispensable part of these electric vehicles (EV vehicles).
At present, in order to extend the cruising range of EV vehicles, automakers have a tendency to increase the capacity of the battery.

Our insulation solves the lithium-ion battery problem

The larger the electrical capacity of a battery, the higher the risk of thermal runaway, and the higher the current, the more heat is generated. Our heat insulation solves the problem of self-ignition due to abnormal heat generation in the LIB that power EV vehicles.
