Our clean flow and bubbling technologies contribute to consistent iron production and high quality products. By remaining committed to thorough quality control and manufacturing, and by managing stable high heat resistance and steel fluidity, we can produce quality uniform steel with no deviation. We will continue to advance heat control technology and strive to produce the products that meet the needs of our customers.
Contributing to a comfortable working environment and improving productivity
We are working on developing technology to create a comfortable working environment even when dealing with high temperatures. By simplifying the structure of the refractory replacement device, we are able to speed up refractory replacement, and by introducing robots, we can reduce high temperature work loads.
In addition, as the lifetime of refractories is extended, the frequency in which replacement and repairs need to be done is reduced, which in turn improves productivity for our customers.

Providing ceramics across various industries
Not only do we provide refractories but also various ceramics which are used for their heat insulating, uniform heat conductivity and low thermal expansion properties. Currently, we contribute to the electronics industry; to semiconductor manufacturing equipment which is indispensable to our daily lives, and to fuel cells and Ene-Farm for the home, as well as to the fields of medicine and space. We will continue to work towards energy conservation and environmental improvement and will further develop our technology to contribute even more to society through new applications.
Creating comfortable cities
We sell bricks and tiles made using recycled materials that are visually pleasing and functional.
Our heat-shielding bricks are made from recycled urban waste and our refractory bricks are products that help to prevent heat islands. We are working towards furthering the recycling of waste materials and contributing to the creation of comfortable cities.

Controlling heat and reducing loss
We have made an energy-saving industrial furnace design that makes full use of fuel conversion and combustion control technology a reality and also supply high-performance refractories with excellent heat resistance. In addition, through “Heat Management” we have reduced heat loss, by suppressing the amount of exhaust heat and lowering its temperature. Products that utilize the technology that we have cultivated over the years are used in boilers for biomass power generation in Japan and overseas, contributing to the utilization of renewable energy.
